The colocation facility is in Marlboro, MA. The facility itself is owned and built-out by Neescom and sits on diverse fiber and copper paths. The space I lease is part of Access Northeast's infrastructure. Access Northeast (Axsne) is the premier tennant in this facility and leases over three-quarters of the available datacomm space. I was previously employed by Axsne and was responsible for coordinating a large part of the colo growth at this facility. Because of this relationship, I am able to get a killer deal on rack and cabinet space, as well as bandwidth.
My goal is to provide colocation options for indviduals and small companies. There are 2 primary packages:
The first package is BYOS (Bring Your Own Server).
For $60/mo. you get:
1U of rackspace
Single 120VAC power outlet
1 static IP address
Unlimited bandwith*
The second package is identical to the above, along with a dedicated/leased server.
For $90/mo. you get the above specs, plus:
1U dedicated server.

Billing is usually handled via a Paypal subscription. Other options are available if you prefer to mail a check or use an alternate payment method. Accounts are billed 30 days in advance.
*Note: while the bandwidth is technically unlimited, this package is geared towards an average individual or small business use. If you are interested in hosting torrents, or similar applications that will consume excessive amounts of bandwidth, then please email me and I can quote you a very reasonable price for either dedicated or 95th percentile billing options. The facility has well over 100Mbps of up/downstream available.
